Market Place Tower amenities are designed to provide tenants the comfort of a Class A commercial office building. Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking and a secure bike cage. Guests may access the Tenant Directory on the large touch screen located in the modernized lobby off of 1st Avenue. Delicious lunch spots for business meetings are only a block away in Pike Place Market.
Public Parking
Daily and monthly parking is available at Market Place Tower for tenants and daily visitors to the downtown area. Managed by Republic Parking (Reef), our public parking garage is conveniently located next to Pike Place Market and just blocks from the waterfront.
The entrance is easily accessible off Lenora, on the north side of the building. Garage operating hours are 7-days a week 6:00am - 11:00pm. Holiday hours may vary. Hourly and monthly rates are available.

The tenant amenity center is designed for work and play, with a range of bar-top seating, lounge chairs and tables. One can work comfortably from a laptop or conduct small team meetings, or escape the office for a relaxing lunch and lounge on the sofa with a good book.
Large Training Room
Located in the amenity center, the training room is designed to accommodate 32 participants theatre style facing a large television display. The training room has the user friendly Click Share program to simplify the AV, providing one click sharing from your laptop to the television monitor. The space is available to tenants on a first-come, first-reserve basis through the Property Management Office.
Video Conference Room
Located in the amenity center, the video conference room has seating for 8 with a specialized video camera and conference call system to make meetings easy to conduct with crystal clear sound. Appropriate for small group meetings, conference calls and video conferencing. The space is available to tenants on a first-come, first-reserve basis through the Property Management Office.
Locker Room & Shower Facilities
A modern, state of the art locker room and shower facilities are available to all tenants. There are 20 lockers and 4 shower rooms available day or night. Designed for privacy and tenant comfort, the locker room has complimentary towels and the showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lockers are available for day-use only.
Bike Cage
Conveniently located, the bike cage was designed for our environmentally and health minded tenants lookin. Ride your bike into work for exercise, and utilize the locker room and shower facilities.
